This Agreement shall override any additional, inconsistent or conflicting terms or any purchase order, quotation, confirmation, invoice, acknowledgement or other written correspondence.
（訳）：
本契約は、追加の若しくは一致しない条件又は発注書、見積書、注文請書、請求書、確認書若しくはその他書面の通信に優先するものとする。

The Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such website or resource.
（訳）：
顧客は、当該ウェブサイト若しくはリソースを介して利用可能なコンテンツ、商品若しくはサービスの利用若しくは依存に起因する、若しくは起因すると申し立てられた、又は関連する損害若しくは損失については、会社が直接的又は間接的にも責任を負わないことを確認し合意する。
