１）comply with～（～を遵守する）– 例文①
Compliance with Law（法令遵守条項）からです。顧客は、適用法令と契約を遵守することに合意します。
Customer agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations (including, without limitation, those dealing with the transportation, safeguarding, storage, use and handling of any Products, those dealing with protecting the environment and those dealing with disposal of waste) and with the provisions of this Agreement.
（訳）：
顧客は、すべての適用法令（製品の輸送、保護、保管、使用及び取り扱いに関係するもの、環境保護に関係するもの、廃棄物の処理に関係するものを含むがそれらに限定されない）並びに本契約の条項を遵守することに合意する。

買主に義務の不履行があった場合、サービスの提供等の不利益を被ることになります。
BUYER’S failure to comply with the obligations stated in Articles 6 shall entitle the Company to either stop rendering its services, and/or postpone the delivery, and/or ask for additional charges for the lost time of its service personnel, such time to be calculated and charged in accordance with Article 3.
（訳）：
買主に第6条に定める義務について不履行があった場合、当社は、サービスの提供を停止し、引渡しを延期し、又は第3条に従ってサービス担当者の損失時間に対する追加料金を請求する、いずれかの権利を有する。
