Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in a Statement of Work, Service Provider shall be solely responsible for all aspects of the development and delivery to Client of the Deliverables described in a Statement of Work (including a complete copy of all of the Work Products in and related thereto) in accordance with the Specifications and in the time frames specified in the Implementation Schedule.
