The Licensor hereby grants to the Licensee, a non-exclusive and non-assignable license subject to the terms and condition hereafter set forth to use the Service.

ライセンサーは、ライセンシーに対し、本サービスの使用のため、以下に規定される条件に従って非独占的かつ譲渡不能なライセンスをここに許諾する。

ライセンサーは、ライセンシーに対し、ライセンシーが本契約を遵守することを条件に、以下に定める適用条件に従ってソフトウェアを使用するための限定的かつ非独占的なライセンスを許諾する。

３）grant sublicenses（ライセンスを再許諾する）– 例文③
ライセンシーは、第三者にライセンスを再許諾する権利を有します。
The licensee will be entitled to grant sublicenses to third parties under the license granted pursuant to Section 3.1. Any such Sublicense shall be on terms and conditions in compliance with and not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.

ライセンシーは、3.1条に従って許諾されたライセンスに基づき、ライセンスを第三者に再許諾する権利を有する。 かかるライセンスの再許諾は、本契約の規定に従っており、矛盾しない取引条件であることを前提とする。
