１）not more thanとnot less thanとは
not more thanとnot less thanは、どちらも、数の範囲を表す表現です。
not more thanは、～以下を意味します。
not less thanは、～以上を意味します。

解除の通知期間の条件に、not less than（～以上）が使われています。
The Employee may at any time terminate this agreement and his employment by giving not less than two weeks written notice to the Employer.
（訳）：
従業員は、雇用主に対し、2週間以上前に書面通知を行うことにより、いつでも本契約と雇用を解除することができる。
（注）：

２）exceeding（～を超える） の例文②
履行の遅延期間の条件に、exceeding（～を超える）が使われています。
Notwithstanding the forgoing, if a party’s performance is delayed for a period exceeding thirty (30) days from the date the other party receives notice under this article, the non-breaching party will have the right, without any liability to the other party, to terminate this agreement.
（訳）：
上記に関わらず、当事者の履行が、本条に基づき相手方が通知を受領した日から30日を超えて遅延した場合、非違反当事者は、相手方に対して何ら責任を負うことなく、本契約を解除する権利を有する。

３）more than（～を超える） の例文③
不可抗力の継続期間の条件に、more than（～を超える）が使われています。
If either Party is not able to perform its obligations under this Agreement due to a force majeure as described in Article 13, and such force majeure continues in effect for more than three (3) months, the other Party shall have the right to terminate this Agreement effective immediately upon written notice to the non-performing Party.
（訳）：
第13条に規定する不可抗力により、いずれかの当事者が本契約に基づく義務を履行できず、かかる不可抗力事由が3か月を超えて継続する場合、他方当事者は、債務を履行しない当事者に書面通知をして、直ちに本契約を解除する権利を有する。

居住人数の条件に、not more than（～以下）が使われています。
The Tenant must ensure that not more than seven (7) persons live at the Property.
（訳）：
テナントは、物件に7人以下の者で居住することを遵守しなければならない。

If either party breaches any provision of this agreement and if such breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after receiving written notice from the other party specifying such breach in reasonable detail, the non-breaching party shall have the right to terminate this agreement by giving written notice thereof to the party in breach, which termination shall go into effect immediately on receipt.
（訳）：
いずれかの当事者が本契約のいずれかの条項に違反し、当該違反が、当該違反について合理的に詳細なレベルで記載した相手方からの書面通知を受領してから30日以内に是正されない場合、非違反当事者は、違反当事者に書面で通知することにより、本契約を解除する権利を有し、当該解除は、（違反当事者の）受領後直ちに効力を生じるものとする。

会社に3年未満勤務した従業員は、雇用法に基づく補償手当を受ける資格を有しない。
