Force Majeure<\/span>\uff08\u4e0d\u53ef\u6297\u529b\u6761\u9805\uff09\u304b\u3089\u3067\u3059\u3002\u4e0d\u53ef\u6297\u529b\u304c3\u304b\u6708\u4ee5\u4e0a\u7d9a\u304f\u5834\u5408\u3001\u58f2\u4e3b\u306f\u3001\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u53d6\u308a\u6d88\u3059<\/span><\/strong>\u6a29\u5229\u3092\u6709\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

War, strikes, lockouts, lack of raw materials or energy, operating or traffic delays, acts decreed by public authorities<\/strong> as well as any other circumstances of force majeure which prevent or delay the production or dispatch of the Goods<\/strong> or render<\/strong> it uneconomical shall exempt <\/strong>the Seller from<\/strong> its delivery obligation for the term and to the extent of<\/strong> the disturbance or interruption<\/strong>. If such circumstances continue to exist for a term of more than three months, the Seller shall be entitled to<\/strong> rescind the contract.<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

All agreements<\/strong> which are made between Seller and Purchaser for the purpose of execution<\/strong> of a contract as well as all ancillary agreements<\/strong>, amendments<\/strong>, termination<\/strong> or rescission<\/strong><\/span> of the contract or its cancellation<\/strong> must be in writing<\/strong>. This shall also apply for waiver<\/strong> of the writing requirement or its amendment<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
