Clause \u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a <strong>breach or threatened breach<\/strong> of this Agreement, the non-breaching party shall be entitled to obtain equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09
