<strong>\u53cd\u793e\u4f1a\u7684\u52e2\u529b\u306e\u6392\u9664\u30fb\u30b3\u30f3\u30d7\u30e9\u30a4\u30a2\u30f3\u30b9\u6761\u9805\uff08Compliance Clause \/ Anti-Bribery Clause\uff09<\/strong>
