<\/strong>\u306f\u300c\u6a29\u9650\u306e\u53ca\u3076\u7bc4\u56f2\uff08\u7ba1\u8f44\u57df\u30fb\u88c1\u5224\u6a29\uff09\u300d\u3092\u6307\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b <strong>\u7ba1\u8f44\u5408\u610f\u6761\u9805\uff08Governing Law and Jurisdiction Clause\uff09<\/strong> \u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u88c1\u5224\u6240\u306e\u6307\u5b9a\uff09:
