Closing\uff09<\/strong> \u3084 <strong>\u53d6\u5f15\u5b8c\u4e86\u6761\u9805 <\/strong>\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol obligation of the Buyer to consummate the transactions contemplated by this Agreement is subject to the satisfaction or waiver, as of the Closing Date, of the following <strong>conditions<\/strong>
