class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u610f\u5473\u5408\u3044\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u300c\u4e00\u65b9\u306e\u5229\u76ca\u3092\u56f3\u308b\u3068\u3001\u4ed6\u65b9\u306e\u4e0d\u5229\u76ca\u306b\u306a\u308b\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u5229\u5bb3\u306e\u5bfe\u7acb\u72b6\u614b<\/strong>\u3092\u6307\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u30b3\u30f3\u30b5\u30eb\u30c6\u30a3\u30f3\u30b0\u5951\u7d04\u3084\u4ee3\u7406\u5e97\u5951\u7d04\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u53d7\u8a17\u8005\u304c\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30a2\u30f3\u30c8\u306e\u30e9\u30a4\u30d0\u30eb\u4f01\u696d\u306e\u4ed5\u4e8b\u3092\u5f15\u304d\u53d7\u3051\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306a\u3069\u304c\u5178\u578b\u3067\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u203b \u6bd4\u8f03\u89e3\u8aac\uff08\u5b9f\u52d9\u7684\u6df1\u6398\u308a\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>conflict with \u3068\u306e\u6bd4\u8f03: conflict with<\/strong> \u306f\u300c\u898f\u5b9a\u3084\u6761\u4ef6\u306e\u77db\u76fe\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u5f62\u5f0f\u7684\u306a\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u3092\u6307\u3059\u3053\u3068\u304c\u591a\u3044\u306e\u306b\u5bfe\u3057\u3001<strong>conflict of interest <\/strong>\u306f\u300c\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u306e\u8aa0\u5b9f\u7fa9\u52d9\u300d\u3084\u300c\u502b\u7406\u7684\u306a\u4fe1\u983c\u95a2\u4fc2\u300d\u3092\u8105\u304b\u3059\u5b9f\u8cea\u7684\u306a\u5229\u5bb3\u5bfe\u7acb\u3092\u6307\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b <strong>\u79d8\u5bc6\u4fdd\u6301\u6761\u9805\uff08Confidentiality Clause\uff09<\/strong> \u3084 <strong>\u4e00\u822c\u6761\u9805<\/strong> \u5185\u306e\u8aa0\u5b9f\u7fa9\u52d9\u898f\u5b9a\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u901a\u77e5\u3068\u7981\u6b62\uff09: <\/strong>\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u306a<strong>\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u53cd<\/strong>\u304c\u3042\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306e\u901a\u77e5\u7fa9\u52d9\u3001\u304a\u3088\u3073\u5951\u7d04\u671f\u9593\u4e2d\u306e\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u53cd\u884c\u70ba\u306e\u7981\u6b62\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff08\u79d8\u5bc6\u4fdd\u6301\u6761\u9805\uff1aConfidentiality Clause \u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Consultant shall notify the Client of any possible <strong>conflict of interest<\/strong>, and shall not create any such <strong>conflict of interest<\/strong> during the term of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 \u30b3\u30f3\u30b5\u30eb\u30bf\u30f3\u30c8\u306f\u3001<strong>\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u53cd<\/strong>\u306e\u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u304c\u3042\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306f\u30af\u30e9\u30a4\u30a2\u30f3\u30c8\u306b\u901a\u77e5\u3059\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3068\u3057\u3001\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306e\u671f\u9593\u4e2d\u3001\u304b\u304b\u308b<strong>\u5229\u76ca\u76f8\u53cd<\/strong>\u3092\u751f\u3058\u3055\u305b\u3066\u306f\u306a\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u3010\u6ce8\u8a18\u3011<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>possible: \u53ef\u80fd\u6027\u306e\u3042\u308b\u3001\u6f5c\u5728\u7684\u306a\u3002<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>during the term of this Agreement:
