class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u65871\uff08\u671f\u9650\u306e\u5229\u76ca\u55aa\u5931\u6761\u9805\uff1aEvents of Default \u304b\u3089\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>An Event of Default under this Agreement shall include a <strong>Cross Default<\/strong> if the Borrower defaults on any other material indebtedness exceeding $1,000,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09
