indemnify and hold the non-defaulting party harmless from any losses arising out of its breach of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u65872\uff08\u89e3\u9664\u6761\u9805\uff1aTermination Clause \u304b\u3089\uff09<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Notice of default shall be given to the <strong>defaulting party<\/strong> specifying the nature of the breach and a cure period of 30 days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09
