class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b<strong>\u5951\u7d04\u89e3\u9664\u6761\u9805\uff08Termination Clause\uff09\u3084\u7d1b\u4e89\u89e3\u6c7a\u6761\u9805<\/strong>\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u89e3\u9664\u4e8b\u7531\uff09: <\/strong>\u76f8\u624b\u65b9\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c<strong>\u89e3\u6563\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u3092\u958b\u59cb\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408<\/strong>\u306b\u306f\u3001\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u89e3\u9664\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5b9a\u3081\u308b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff08\u5951\u7d04\u89e3\u9664\u6761\u9805\u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Either Party may terminate this Agreement by written notice to the other Party, if such other Party <strong>commences<\/strong> dissolution proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 \u76f8\u624b\u65b9\u304c\u89e3\u6563\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u3092<strong>\u958b\u59cb\u3057\u305f<\/strong>\u5834\u5408\u3001\u66f8\u9762\u306b\u3088\u308b\u901a\u77e5\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u3001\u3044\u305a\u308c\u304b\u306e\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u89e3\u9664\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u3010\u6ce8\u8a18\u3011<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>if such other Party commences dissolution proceedings: \u76f8\u624b\u65b9\u304c\u89e3\u6563\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u3092\u958b\u59cb\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408\u3002<\/strong>\u5951\u7d04\u89e3\u9664\u306e\u6761\u4ef6\u3068\u306a\u308b\u4e8b\u7531\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>terminate this Agreement by written notice: \u66f8\u9762\u306b\u3088\u308b\u901a\u77e5\u3092\u3082\u3063\u3066\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u3092\u89e3\u9664\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/strong>\u89e3\u9664\u6a29\u306e\u884c\u4f7f\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u8a33\uff1a
