class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u610f\u5473\u5408\u3044\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u9593\u306e\u5546\u4e8b\u7d1b\u4e89<\/strong>\u3092\u3001\u88c1\u5224\u6240\u3067\u306f\u306a\u304f<strong>\u4ef2\u88c1<\/strong>\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u89e3\u6c7a\u3059\u308b\u969b\u306b\u9069\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3001<strong>\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u7684\u306a\u898f\u5247<\/strong>\u306e\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u540d\u79f0\u3092\u6307\u3059\u3002\u5951\u7d04\u66f8\u3067\u306f\u3001\u7d1b\u4e89\u89e3\u6c7a\u306e\u624b\u6bb5\u3068\u3057\u3066\u4ef2\u88c1\u3092\u9078\u629e\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408\u306b\u3001<strong>\u6e96\u62e0\u3059\u308b\u898f\u5247<\/strong>\u3092\u7279\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u672c\u5951\u7d04\u304b\u3089\u751f\u3058\u308b\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u7d1b\u4e89\u306f\u3001\u7279\u5b9a\u306e\u6a5f\u95a2\uff08\u4f8b\uff1a\u65e5\u672c\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u5354\u4f1a\uff09\u306e<strong>\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u898f\u5247<\/strong>\u306b\u5f93\u3063\u3066\u4ef2\u88c1\u306b\u3088\u308a\u89e3\u6c7a\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u898f\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306b\u8d77\u56e0\u3057\u3066\u751f\u3058\u308b\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u7d1b\u4e89\u306f\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u5354\u4f1a\u306e<strong>\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u898f\u5247<\/strong>\u306b\u5f93\u3063\u3066\u4ef2\u88c1\u306b\u3088\u308a\u89e3\u6c7a\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3068\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u3010\u6ce8\u8a18\u3011<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>shall be settled by arbitration:
