Intent\uff09\u3084\u57fa\u672c\u5408\u610f\u66f8\uff08MOU\uff09<\/strong>\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u3001\u672c\u683c\u7684\u306a\u5951\u7d04\u7de0\u7d50\u306b\u5411\u3051\u305f\u4ea4\u6e09\u74b0\u5883\u3092\u5b89\u5b9a\u3055\u305b\u308b\u6587\u8108\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff08M&amp;A\u610f\u5411\u8868\u660e\u66f8\uff1aExclusivity Provision\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Parties agree that for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of this Letter of Intent, they shall engage in good faith negotiations on an <strong>exclusive basis<\/strong> and shall not solicit or entertain any proposals from third parties concerning the acquisition of the
