Interpretation\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2460\u306f\u300c\u5951\u7d04\u306e\u8a95\u751f\u300d\u306e\u77ac\u9593\u3092\u6307\u3057\u3001\u2461\u306f\u300c\u5951\u7d04\u306e\u5b9f\u884c\uff08\u30d1\u30d5\u30a9\u30fc\u30de\u30f3\u30b9\uff09\u300d\u306e\u904e\u7a0b\u3092\u6307\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002\u6587\u8108\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u5168\u304f\u610f\u5473\u304c\u7570\u306a\u308b\u305f\u3081\u3001\u524d\u5f8c\u306e\u8a00\u8449\uff08execution of this Agreement\u304b\u3001execution of duties\u304b\uff09\u3067\u898b\u6975\u3081\u308b\u5fc5\u8981\u304c\u3042\u308a\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Practical of Work\uff09\u6761\u9805<\/strong>\uff08\u5c65\u884c\u306e\u610f\u5473\uff09\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff11\uff08\uff08\u5951\u7d04\u306e\uff09\u7f72\u540d\u3001\u7de0\u7d50\uff1aTerm Clause\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Term of this Agreement shall commence on the <strong>date of its execution<\/strong> by the last party to <strong>execution<\/strong> of its duties and services under this
