Laws\uff09\u6761\u9805\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Each Party represents and warrants that it shall comply with the<strong> U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act<\/strong> and all other applicable anti-bribery and corruption
