class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b\u3001<strong>\u79d8\u5bc6\u4fdd\u6301\uff08Confidentiality\uff09<\/strong>\u3001<strong>\u6709\u52b9\u671f\u9593\uff08Term\uff09<\/strong>\u6761\u9805\u306a\u3069\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff08for a period of\uff5eyears\uff1a\uff5e\u5e74\u306e\u671f\u9593\u306b\u308f\u305f\u3063\u3066\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The obligations of confidentiality under this Agreement shall survive the termination hereof and continue <strong>for a period of<\/strong> five (5)
