class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b<strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u5e97\u5951\u7d04\uff08Agency Agreement\uff09\u3084\u4fe1\u8a17\u6761\u9805<\/strong>\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u8cc7\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u306e\u5f79\u5272\uff09: <\/strong>\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u304c\u3001\u672c\u4eba\uff08Principal\uff09\u306b\u4ee3\u308f\u3063\u3066<strong>\u8cc7\u91d1\u3092\u7ba1\u7406\u3059\u308b<\/strong>\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4efb\u547d\u3055\u308c\u3001\u53e3\u5ea7\u304b\u3089\u306e<strong>\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u652f\u51fa\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8cac\u4efb\u3092\u8ca0\u3046<\/strong>\u3053\u3068\u3092\u898f\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff08\u4ee3\u7406\u5e97\u5951\u7d04\u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Agent shall be appointed to <strong>administer <\/strong>the funds on behalf of the Principal, and shall be responsible for all disbursements from the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 \u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u306f\u3001\u672c\u4eba\u306b\u4ee3\u308f\u3063\u3066\u8cc7\u91d1\u3092<strong>\u7ba1\u7406\u3059\u308b<\/strong>\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4efb\u547d\u3055\u308c\u3001\u5f53\u8a72\u53e3\u5ea7\u304b\u3089\u306e\u3059\u3079\u3066\u306e\u652f\u51fa\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u8cac\u4efb\u3092\u8ca0\u3046\u3082\u306e\u3068\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u3010\u6ce8\u8a18\u3011<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>shall be appointed to administer the funds: \u8cc7\u91d1\u3092\u7ba1\u7406\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4efb\u547d\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3002<\/strong>\u7ba1\u7406\u6a29\u9650\u306e\u4ed8\u4e0e\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>shall be responsible for all disbursements:
