Clause\uff09\u3084\u8cac\u4efb\u5206\u62c5\u6761\u9805\uff08Liability Allocation Clause\uff09\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u8cbb\u7528\u306e\u5206\u62c5\uff09: <\/strong>\u5171\u540c\u958b\u767a\u8cbb\u7528\u3092\u3001\u5404\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u306e\u30d7\u30ed\u30b8\u30a7\u30af\u30c8\u306b\u5bfe\u3059\u308b<strong>\u8ca2\u732e\u306b\u5fdc\u3058\u3066<\/strong>\u914d\u5206\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u5b9a\u3081\u308b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u3010\u6ce8\u8a18\u3011<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>allocate the joint development costs: \u5171\u540c\u958b\u767a\u8cbb\u7528\u3092\u914d\u5206\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/strong>\u914d\u5206\u306e\u5bfe\u8c61\uff08\u30b3\u30b9\u30c8\uff09\u3092\u660e\u78ba\u306b\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>in accordance with their respective contributions:
