Clause\uff09\u3067\u3001\u300c\u3044\u304b\u306a\u308b\u7a2e\u985e\u306e\u5909\u66f4\u3082\u3001\u66f8\u9762\u3068\u7f72\u540d\u304c\u306a\u3044\u9650\u308a\u7121\u52b9\u3067\u3042\u308b\u300d\u3068\u3044\u3046\u5951\u7d04\u306e\u53b3\u683c\u306a\u5909\u66f4\u624b\u7d9a<\/strong>\u304d\u3092\u5b9a\u3081\u308b\u969b\u306b\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol modify<\/strong>\u306e\u3044\u305a\u308c\u306e\u65b9\u6cd5\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5909\u66f4\u3082\u3001<strong>\u4e21\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u306e\u7f72\u540d\u5165\u308a\u306e\u66f8\u9762<\/strong>\u304c\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u52b9\u529b\u304c\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u6587\uff08\u5951\u7d04\u5909\u66f4\u6761\u9805\u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>This Agreement may not be <strong>amended, altered, changed or modified <\/strong>except by an instrument in writing signed by duly authorized representatives of both Parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 \u5909\u66f4\u3059\u308b\uff08\u52d5\u8a5e\u7fa4\uff09\u3002<\/strong>\u56db\u3064\u306e\u540c\u7fa9\u8a9e\u3092\u4f75\u8a18\u3057\u3001\u3042\u3089\u3086\u308b\u7a2e\u985e\u306e\u5909\u66f4\u3092\u7db2\u7f85\u3057\u3066\u3044\u308b\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>except
