class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u610f\u5473\u5408\u3044\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>hereunder<\/strong>\uff08\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304d\uff09\u3068\u3044\u3046\u526f\u8a5e\u304c\u3001\u76f4\u524d\u306e\u52d5\u8a5e\u307e\u305f\u306f\u540d\u8a5e\uff08\u8cac\u4efb\u3001\u7fa9\u52d9\u3001\u7d1b\u4e89\u306a\u3069\uff09\u304c<strong>\u300c\u3053\u306e\u5951\u7d04\u66f8\u3092\u6cd5\u7684\u6839\u62e0\u3068\u3057\u3066\u300d\u767a\u751f\u3059\u308b<\/strong>\u3053\u3068\u3092\u9650\u5b9a\u3059\u308b\u8868\u73fe\u3067\u3059\u3002\u5951\u7d04\u5916\u306e\u6cd5\u4ee4\u3084\u884c\u70ba\u304b\u3089\u751f\u3058\u308b\u8cac\u4efb\u3068\u533a\u5225\u3059\u308b\u305f\u3081\u306b\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b<strong>\u8cac\u4efb\u5236\u9650\u6761\u9805<\/strong>\u3084<strong>\u7d1b\u4e89\u89e3\u6c7a\u6761\u9805<\/strong>\u3067\u4f7f\u7528\u3055\u308c\u3001\u9069\u7528\u7bc4\u56f2\u3092\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306e\u9818\u57df\u5185\u306b\u9650\u5b9a\u3057\u307e\u3059\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u8cac\u4efb\u306e\u9650\u5b9a\uff09: class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u65872\uff08\u7d1b\u4e89\u89e3\u6c7a\u6761\u9805\u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any dispute <strong>arising hereunder<\/strong> shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 <strong>\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306b\u8d77\u56e0\u3057\u3066\u751f\u3058\u308b<\/strong>\u4e00\u5207\u306e\u7d1b\u4e89\u306f\u3001\u56fd\u969b\u5546\u696d\u4f1a\u8b70\u6240\uff08ICC\uff09\u306e\u898f\u5247\u306b\u5f93\u3044\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u89e3\u6c7a\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3082\u306e\u3068\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 \u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306b\u57fa\u3065\u304d\u751f\u3058\u308b\u3002<\/strong>\u3053\u306e\u5951\u7d04\u305d\u306e\u3082\u306e\u304c\u539f\u56e0\u307e\u305f\u306f\u6839\u62e0\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3092\u793a\u3059\u3002<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages:
