class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>\uff08\u5230\u9054\u306e\u307f\u306a\u3057\uff09:<\/strong> \u30e1\u30fc\u30eb\u9001\u4fe1\u5f8c\u3001\u5b9f\u969b\u306b\u306f\u8aad\u307e\u308c\u3066\u3044\u306a\u304f\u3066\u3082\u7fcc\u55b6\u696d\u65e5\u306b\u306f<strong>\u53d7\u9818\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3082\u306e\u3068\u307f\u306a\u3059<\/strong>\u3002\uff08\u4f8b\u6587\uff11\uff09<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>\uff08\u9055\u53cd\u306e\u5b9a\u7fa9\uff09:<\/strong> deemed as<\/strong> received on the next business day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 \u96fb\u5b50\u30e1\u30fc\u30eb\u306b\u3088\u308a\u9069\u5207\u306b\u9001\u4fe1\u3055\u308c\u305f\u901a\u77e5\u306f\u3001\u7fcc\u55b6\u696d\u65e5\u306b\u53d7\u9818\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3082\u306e<strong>\u3068\u307f\u306a\u3055\u308c\u308b<\/strong>\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u4f8b\u65872\uff08\u5951\u7d04\u89e3\u9664\u6761\u9805\uff1aTermination Clause \u304b\u3089\uff09\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Any breach of this Section shall <strong>be deemed as<\/strong> a material breach of this Agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\uff08\u8a33\uff09 \u672c\u6761\u9805\u306e\u3044\u304b\u306a\u308b\u9055\u53cd\u3082\u3001\u672c\u5951\u7d04\u306e\u91cd\u5927\u306a\u9055\u53cd<strong>\u3068\u307f\u306a\u3055\u308c\u308b<\/strong>\u3082\u306e\u3068\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3
