class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u7528\u6cd5\uff1a<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>\u4e3b\u306b <strong>\u5408\u610f\u7ba1\u8f44\u6761\u9805\uff08Jurisdiction Clause \/ Governing Law
