いずれの日も含む、両端入れ、両日算入
意味合い 期間を計算する際、始点となる日と終点となる日の両方を計算に含める（1日としてカウントする）ことを指します。
用法：
主に 期間（Term） や 協議期間（Consultation Period） の規定で使用されます。
- （協議期間の確定）: 通知から発効までの期間算定において、いずれの日も含むことを規定し、実日数を明確にする。
例文（通知期間条項：Notice Period Clause から）：
The period for mutual consultation shall be seven (7) days, commencing from the date of the notice of termination to the effective date of termination, both dates inclusive.
（訳） 協議期間は、解除の通知日から解除効力発生日までを計算して7日間とする。なお、算定にあたっては、いずれの日も算入する（算入するものとする）。
