英文契約書の請求・支払いに関係する表現であるdue and payableについてです。いくつかの例文に訳もつけています。例文中の他の基本表現に注記を入れました。
１．解説：
due and payableの表現は、以下のような、ふたつの状況において、使われます。
①ひとつは、契約で定めた代金支払い期日が到来している状況です。
この場合は、due and payable は、
支払い期限となる、支払い義務が生じている
という意味になります。（下記の例文①と例文②をご覧ください。）
②もうひとつは、当事者の契約違反、支払い不能、破産などにより、events of default（債務不履行事由）が生じている状況です。
この場合は、immediately due and payableという表現になり、
直ちに支払い義務が生ずる、期限の利益が喪失している
という意味になります。（下記の例文③と例文④をご覧ください。）

２．例文と基本表現：

１）due and payable（支払い期限となる）の例文①
契約の代金支払いの期限が到来しています。
Subject to the other provisions of this Article 10, each Monthly Invoice provided for under Section 10.1 is due and payable by the company ABC by wire transfer in immediately available funds within thirty (30) days after receipt by the company of such Monthly Invoice.
（訳）：
第10条のその他規定に従い、第10.1項に基づき発行される各月の請求書に対し、会社ABCは、当該請求書を受領してから30日以内に即時利用可能な資金を電信送金にて支払うものとする。
（注）：
＊Subject to は、～に従ってという意味です。詳しくは、subject toの意味と例文をご覧ください。
＊by wire transferは、電信送金にてという意味です。
＊immediately available fundsは、即時利用可能な資金という意味です。
２） due and payable（支払い期限となる）の例文②
同じく、契約代金支払い期限が到来しています。
Each payment shall be due and payable on the tenth (10th) day of the month for the current month’s Covered Services. In the event the tenth (10th) day of the month is not a business day, the payment shall be due and payable on the next business day following the tenth (10th) day of the month.
（訳）：
各代金支払いは、当月の対象サービスの月の10日目を支払期日とする。 月の10日が営業日でない場合、代金支払いはその月の10日の翌営業日を支払期日とする。
（注）：
＊the current month’s Covered Servicesは、the current month’s（当月の）とCovered Services（対象サービス）で、当月の対象サービスという意味です。
３） immediately due and payable（支払い期限となる）の例文③
events of default（債務不履行事由）により、直ちに支払い義務が生じています。
If this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Article 6.1 or if a Party is subject to any of the circumstances listed in Article 6.2, any amounts owed by the breaching/Insolvent Party to the other Party hereunder shall become immediately due and payable, regardless of the original due date.
（訳）：
本契約が第6.1項に従って解除される場合、または当事者が第6.2項に記載される状況のいずれかに該当する場合、違反/支払不能当事者が本契約に基づき相手方当事者に支払うべき金額について、元の支払い期日に関わらず、直ちに支払い義務が生ずるものとする。
（注）：
＊in accordance withは、に従ってという意味です
＊any amounts owedは、支払うべき金額という意味です。
＊the breaching/Insolvent Partyは、違反/支払不能当事者という意味です。
＊regardless of the original due dateは、regardless of（に関わらず）とthe original due date（元の支払い期日）で、元の支払い期日に関わらずという意味です。
４）immediately due and payable（支払い期限となる）の例文④
同じく、events of default（債務不履行事由）により、直ちに支払い義務が生じています。
The occurrence of any of the following events of default shall, at the option of the party A, make all sums of principal and interest then remaining unpaid hereon and all other amounts payable hereunder immediately due and payable, upon demand, without presentment, or grace period.
（訳）：
以下の債務不履行事由の発生は、当事者Aの選択により、本契約におけるすべての元本および利息の未払いの合計額及び本契約に基づく他のすべての請求額は、要求に応じて、提示なしに、または猶予期間なしに、直ちに支払い義務が生ずるものとする。
（注）：
＊all sums of principal and interest then remaining unpaidは、all sums of（の合計額）とprincipal and interest（元本および利息）とthen remaining unpaid（未払いとなっている）で、すべての元本および利息の未払いの合計額という意味です。
＊upon demand, without presentment, or grace periodは、要求に応じて、提示なしに、または猶予期間なしにという意味です。
