１．解説：
bindingとenforceableは、ともに、契約の法的拘束力を表す用語です。
１） binding について
・binding：
拘束力を有するという意味です。
binding（拘束力を有する）は、このままの語句でも、使われます（例文①をご覧ください）。
また、以下の表現でも、よく使われます。
・legally binding：
法的拘束力のあるという意味です。（例文②をご覧ください）
・not legally binding：
法的拘束力のないという意味です。（例文③をご覧ください）
２） enforceable について
・enforceable：
法的強制力がある、執行力のあるという意味です。英文契約書でよく使われます。（下記の例文④をご覧ください）
・unenforceable：
法的強制力がない、執行力のないという意味です。これもよく使われます。（下記の例文⑤をご覧ください）
２．例文と基本表現：
（注）：bindingとenforceableは、青文字で示し、基本表現をハイライトしています。
１）binding（拘束力を有する） – 例文①
No supplement, modification, or amendment of this Agreement shall be binding unless executed in writing by all the parties.
（訳）：
本契約の補足又は変更は、すべての当事者によって書面で署名されない限り、拘束力を有しない。
（注）：
＊modification, or amendmentは、変更という意味です。同義語による強調表現です。
２）legally binding（法的拘束力のある）- 例文②
The parties agree that this Agreement shall be legally binding upon the electronic transmission, including by facsimile or email, by each party of a signed signature page to this Agreement to the other party.
（訳）：
両当事者は、各当事者が本契約の署名済みページを相手方に対しファクシミリ又は電子メールを含み電子送信することを以って、本契約が法的拘束力を有することに合意する。
（注）：
＊a signed signature pageは、署名済みページという意味です。
３）not legally binding（法的拘束力のない）- 例文③
This memorandum is not a legally-binding document and is not for execution.
（訳）：
本覚書は、法的拘束力のある文書ではなく、署名するためのものでもない。
（注）：
＊is not for executionは、署名するためのものではないという意味です。
４）enforceable（法的強制力がある、執行力のある）- 例文④
This Agreement is valid, binding and enforceable against Debtor in accordance with its terms.
（訳）：
本契約は、本契約の条件に従って、債務者に対して有効で、拘束力があり、執行力を有する。
（注）：
５）unenforceable（法的強制力がない、執行力のない） – 例文⑤
If any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, the other provisions of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby and shall remain in full force and effect.
（訳）：
本契約のいずれかの部分が無効又は執行力がない場合でも、本契約の他の条項は影響を受けず、引き続き有効とする。
（注）：
＊therebyは、by that（それによって）の意味で、that（それ）がIf any part of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceableを指しますが、意訳しています。詳しくは、thereto, thereof, thereafter, thereby, thereinの意味と例文をご覧ください。
