（訳）:
疑義を避けるため記すと、特許など専有の知的財産の開発に関連した非営利ライセンスによるソフトウェアの使用は禁止されており、本ライセンス契約の違反となる。

＊in connection withは、～に関連してという意味です。
＊proprietaryは、専有のという意味です。

For the avoidance of doubt, the Client’s name, logo, and use of the Software shall not be “Confidential Information” and Client hereby authorizes the Company to disclose such information on its website and other marketing materials.
（訳）:
疑義を避けるため記すと、クライアントの名称、ロゴ及びソフトウェアの使用は「機密情報」ではなく、当社がウェブサイト及び他のマーケティング資料で、かかる情報を開示することを、クライアントは、本契約により許可するものとする。
