顧客が契約を遵守していないと疑う合理的な根拠がある場合、サプライヤーは、製品の配送を拒否できます。
The Supplier is entitled to refuse the delivery of the Products and/or to withdraw from the individual purchase contract when there are reasonable grounds for suspecting that the customer do not comply with the aforementioned provisions.
（訳）：
サプライヤーは、顧客が前述の規定を遵守していないと疑われる合理的な根拠がある場合、製品配送を拒否し又は個々の購入契約を撤回する権利を有する。

データ保護に係わる合理的な根拠に基づく場合、顧客は、会社の受託業者の入れ替えについて異議を唱えることができます。
Customer may object to The Company’s addition or replacement of a third-party subcontractor prior to its appointment or replacement, provided such objection is based on reasonable grounds relating to data protection.
（訳）：
当社が行う外部受託業者の追加又は入れ替えに係わる顧客の異議申し立てが、データ保護に関連した合理的な根拠に基づく場合に限って、顧客は、かかる追加又は入れ替えに先立ち、異議申立てを唱えることができる。

顧客が支払い義務を遵守しないと信ずる合理的な根拠がある場合、会社は、通知により契約を解除できます。
The Company may terminate this Agreement by written notice without taking into account a notice period in any of the following events if The company has reasonable grounds to believe that Customer shall not comply with its payment obligations.
（訳）：
当社は、顧客が支払い義務を遵守しないと信ずる合理的な根拠がある場合、以下のいずれかの場合に通知期間を考慮せず書面による通知を以って、本契約を解除することができる。
