１）allegeとは
allegeは、
～を主張する、～を申し立てる
という意味です。
法的な主張をするときに使われる契約用語です。
２）allegeの使い方
allege（～を主張する、～を申し立てる）は、
Limitation of Liability（責任制限条項）
などで使われます。
使い方は、たとえば、以下のようになります。（青字部分）
『売主は、知的財産権の侵害を主張する第三者から提起された請求や訴訟から、買主を補償する。』（下記の英文契約書の例文①と例文②をご覧ください）
・Limitation of Liability（責任制限条項）：
『 いずれの当事者も、相手方から申し立てられた間接的な損害については、責任を負わない。』（下記の英文契約書の例文③と例文④をご覧ください）
２．例文と基本表現：

１）allege（～を主張する、～を申し立てる）– 例文①
Indemnification（補償条項）からです。ライセンサーは、ライセンスソフトウェアを主張する第三者の訴訟から、ライセンシーを補償します。
Licensor will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Licensee from and against any and all losses incurred by Licensee arising from any third-party action, suit, or claim that alleges the Licensed Software, or any use of the Licensed Software infringes any Intellectual Property Rights.
（訳）
ライセンサーは、ライセンスソフトウェアを主張する第三者の訴訟もしくは請求またはライセンスソフトウェアの使用による知的財産権の侵害から生じて被るライセンシーの損害から、ライセンシーを補償し防御し免責する。
＊ indemnify, defend, and hold harmless～from and against～は、～から～を補償し防御し免責するという意味です。

＊action, suit,は、訴訟という意味です。類義語を並べた強調表現です。
２）allege（～を主張する、～を申し立てる）– 例文②
Indemnification（補償条項）からです。allegingは、allege（主張する、申し立てる）のことですが、意訳（として）しています。
Vendor shall defend and indemnify Service Provider against any claim or legal action brought by a third party alleging that Service Provider’s use of the Products or use/sale of the Spare Parts in connection with its provision of the Services infringes the intellectual property or other proprietary rights of the third party.
（訳）：
ベンダーは、サービス会社を、サービスの提供に関連して製品の使用やスペアパーツの使用および販売が、第三者の知的財産権または他の財産権を侵害するとして請求または訴訟が提起された場合は、防御し補償するものとする。
＊defend and indemnifyは、防御し補償するという意味です。
＊in connection withは、～に関連してという意味です。
＊its provision of the Servicesは、サービスの提供という意味です。
＊proprietary rightsは、財産権という意味です。
３）allege（～を主張する、～を申し立てる）– 例文③
Limitation of Liability（責任制限条項）からです。当事者は、契約違反の申し立てに関連した間接的損害については、責任を負いません。
The parties hereto expressly acknowledge and agree that no party hereto shall have any liability under any provision of this Agreement for any punitive, incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages, including business interruption, loss of future revenue, profits or income, or loss of business reputation or opportunity relating to the breach or alleged breach of this Agreement.
（訳）：
本契約の当事者は、本契約の違反もしくは違反の申し立てに関連して、事業の中断、将来の収益、利益もしくは収入の損失、またはビジネス上の評判もしくは機会の損失を含む、懲罰的、付随的、結果的、特別または間接的な損害については、本契約の条項に基づく責任を一切負わないことを明示的に認識し合意する。
＊expressly acknowledge and agree： 明示的に認識し合意するの意味です。
＊any（liability）、any（provision of this Agreement）、any（punitive, incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages）というように、英文契約書では対象範囲を広げるためany（あらゆる、すこしも～でない）が多く使われる傾向があります。この例文では、「責任を一切負わない」と意訳しています。
＊punitive, incidental, consequential, special or indirect damagesは、懲罰的、付随的、結果的、特別または間接的な損害という意味です。詳しくは、consequential damagesとpunitive damagesの意味と例文をご覧ください。
４）allege（～を主張する、～を申し立てる）– 例文④
Limitation of Liability（責任制限条項）からです。
Any alleged breach of warranty that cannot be duplicated or otherwise objectively confirmed by Seller shall be deemed to not be a breach of warranty.
（訳）：
売主が、再現できない等、客観的に確認できない保証の不履行申し立ては、保証の不履行とみなされないものとする。
＊Any alleged breachは、不履行申し立てという意味です。
＊cannot be duplicated or otherwise objectively confirmedは、再現できない等、客観的に確認できないという意味です。or otherwise（又はその他の方法で）は意訳しています。
